Miembro de Siniestro Total desde el año 2001, Oscar Avendaño ha sido a su vez parte de muchos otros grupos como bajista, guitarrista o cantante durante los últimos 20 años. Ahora edita su primer disco en solitario, grabado con la ayuda de auténticos musicazos, destacando la que fuera base rítmica de Los Ronaldos. Rock&Roll, acústico, pero con los toques necesarios de electricidad con unas guitarras de gusto exquisito, y lo más importante, con grandes canciones. Se acerca, por citar un par de ejemplos patrios, a los últimos discos de Josele Santiago y los Deltonos, en esa forma de centrar todo en que destaque la canción, con arreglos puntuales y certeros, que también le asemeja a lo que lleva haciendo Nick Lowe en la última década.

Oscar Avendaño, member of Siniestro Total (one of the most important bands in Spain for the last 30 years) since 2001, has also been a member of many other bands as guitarist, bassist or singer for the last 20 years. He now releases his first solo album, recorded in collaboration with real top musicians, with special mention to Los Ronaldos’ rhythm section. Acoustic R&R, with the necessary touches of electricity, exquisite guitars and most important, with brilliant songs. It comes close to, just to mention a couple of nationals, Josele Santiago’s and Los Deltonos’ latest albums, in the way of focusing everything on highlighting the song, with precise and sound arrangements, that resembles what Nick Lowe has been doing the last decade.
