SISTER COOKIE: ¡¡La nueva Diva del Rhythm&Blues y Early Soul!!
Desde muy joven se dedicó a aprender a cantar y a tocar el piano. No dejó de mejorar, y así, siendo aún una adolescente, empezó a patearse garitos de cualquier tamaño por su ciudad, Londres, convirtiéndose en una habitual de la escena retro y vintage londinense, actuando regularmente en sitios de destacable prestigio como Lady Luck Club, Jukebox Jam o Shore Leave.
Después de un parón de 5 años por motivos personales, volvió a la música a finales de 2012. Desde entonces ha girado por Europa, pudiendo destacarse espectaculares actuaciones en salvajes y maravillosos festivales como Lâche Pas La Patate, el Funtastic Dracula Carnival, Screamin’ Festival,... acompañada de grandes grupos como Ray Collins Hot Club, Mambo Jambo, Soulful Orchestra, etc.
Para esta ocasión se ha hecho acompañar de sus amigos MFC Chicken, una de las mejores bandas de R&R surgidas en los últimos años en el mundo, unión plasmada en estas 2 canciones compuestas por Spencer Evoy, cantante y saxofonista del grupo, y que hará bailar a todo el mundo con unas mínimas ganas de fiesta.

Sister Cookie began teaching herself to sing and play the piano from an early age, but in her late teens, discovering the roots of black music combined with her love of the stage and Sister Cookie became a fixture of London's vintage music scene, appearing regularly at events like the Lady Luck Club and Jukebox Jam.
To date, Cookie has performed across Europe, including at Lache Pas La Patate (France), Hultsfreed Hayride(Sweden), Funtastic Dracula Carnival and Slap! Festival (both in Spain).
Her debut album is due for release at the end of 2015 on FOLC Records. But before, he joined together with one of the best R&R bands of the last years over the world, MFC CHicken, to record some songs of Spencer Evoy, sax player and singer of the band. Here you have these 2 great songs just released!!
